  CUSTOMER PROBLEMS RESOLVED
  --------------------------
   
  The following customer issues are resolved in this fix pack:

  Support Case ID 320303  - Copying the value of a single cell from the 
                            Result tab in SQL Editor can take several 
                            minutes. (CR 116363)

  Support Case ID 322429  - When you copy specific rows from the Results 
                            tab in SQL Editor and paste these rows into an 
                            Excel spreadsheet, all rows from the Results 
                            tab are pasted into the spreadsheet. (CR 116371)
 
  Support Case ID 320885  - The DDL for a user-defined function truncates 
                            the SELECT statement. (CR 116369)

  Support Case ID 339602  - When you set user permissions on tablespaces, 
                            an SQL error occurs if you attempt to retrieve
                            a filtered tablespace list. (CR 123592) 

  Support Case ID 339922  - Performance Diagnostics help does not launch.
                            (CR 123593)

  Support Case IDs 340886 - When you execute an SQL statement in the SQL 
               and 348169   Editor window but have not yet established a 
                            database connection, you are prompted to provide 
                            the user ID and password to connect to the database. 
                            At this point, you have the option to save this 
                            log-in information for future connections. If you 
                            choose this option, however, the log-in information 
                            is not being saved. (CR 123973)

  Support Case ID 344526  - Index information is not displaying when you tune 
                            SQL that references synonyms. (CR 125969)

  Support Case ID 340774  - When you right-click a DB2 instance or database in 
                            the object tree and select Configure, the Configure 
                            window does not appear. (CR 126662)

  Support Case ID 350451  - The option to format a SQL statement in a SQL Tuning 
			    session is not working. (CR 127644) 

  Support Case ID unknown - When the Tune SQL option is run on a package or 
                            stored procedure, SQL Tuning is not capturing the 
                            SQL statements defined within the DECLARE CURSOR 
                            statements. (CR 53582)

  Support Case ID unknown - Customer would like to have inner joins specified 
                            in the access plan tree. (CR 58813)

  Support Case ID unknown - The section number needs to be included for 
                            each statement listed in the Tunable SQL 
                            Statements window. (CR 68787)



  
  INTERNALLY REPORTED ISSUES RESOLVED
  -----------------------------------

  The following internally reported issues are resolved in this fix pack:

  CR 57770  - (Duplicate of CR 122574) In the Browse Volumes window, you can 
              select to view space statistics for candidate volumes for a 
              storage group. However, the scroll bar at the bottom of the 
              window is not visible, providing no way to view the statistics.

  CR 124228 - An access violation in SaUdbGui.bpl occurs when attempting to run 
              a SQL Tuning session on a package. 

  CR 124501 - When you generate an Identify Exceptions report from Performance 
              Diagnostics, the report is blank. 

  CR 127648 - Quest Central for DB2 does not have launch points for Benchmark 
              Factory and Data Factory.

  CR 127686 - The Foglight launch point into Performance Diagnostics is not 
              working.

  CR 127849 - An access violation in OmGenAnalysis.dll occurs when you click the
              Dependencies tab on the Bind Replace window for packages.

  CR 129480 - When you right-click a DB2 instance in the object tree, an error
              message appears, indicating that a problem occurred locating SQLCA.   

  CR 130627 - The Job Manager SQL Editor output log shows an incorrect version
              number for Quest Central for DB2.



  INSTALLING THE FIX PACK
  -----------------------

  To install the fix pack, follow these instructions:

  If you have Version 4.8 of the Quest Central for DB2 client already 
  installed on your machine, do a maintenance installation for Version 4.8.1. 
  To do so, follow the "Installation maintenance" instructions in the "Installing 
  Quest Central on the Client Machine" chapter in the "Quest Central for DB2 
  Installation Guide." 

  If you have a pre-4.8 version of Quest Central for DB2 client installed on your 
  machine (or you want to install the client for the first time), perform a new 
  installation for Version 4.8. To do so, follow the instructions in the 
  "Installing Quest Central on the Client Machine" chapter in the "Quest Central 
  for DB2 Installation Guide."
